Strawberry Pot Wheel Workshop, Sat. 4/5, 12-2pm
Create a large Strawberry Pot on the wheel for your plants or a utensil container! Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel with hands-on instructions. No experience needed! You will be working with 3 pounds of clay to create a larger piece. Your piece will take time to dry before we fire it in our kiln.
Return after 2 weeks to paint your Strawberry Pot with glaze in your choice of colors (no appointment needed, and no additional charge). Then it goes into the kiln for a final firing! Your piece will be waterproof and even food safe. Ready 2 weeks after painting. Ages 10 and up welcome.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, as instruction will begin promptly at 12pm.
Late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation without refund.
Registrations are closed 2 hours prior to the workshop so that we can prepare materials.
Aprons are provided, but clay may get on clothing and shoes.
Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+.
