Leprechaun Hat Wheel Workshop, Sat. 3/15, 6-8pm
Create a beautiful and functional planter on the pottery wheel with an attached drainage dish. Bring out the Irish in you and paint it like a Leprechaun Hat! You will be working with 3 pounds of clay to create a larger piece. Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel with hands-on instructions. No experience needed! Your piece will take time to dry before we fire it in our kiln.
Return after 2 weeks to paint your piece with glaze as a Leprechaun hat or any other design (no appointment needed, and no additional charge). Then it goes into the kiln for a final firing! Your piece will be waterproof and weatherproof. Ages 10 and up.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, as instruction will begin promptly at 6pm.
Late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation without refund.
Registrations are closed 2 hours prior to the workshop so that we can prepare materials.
Aprons are provided, but clay may get on clothing and shoes.
Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+.
