Halloween Trio Sculpting Workshop, Sat. 9/28, 6-8pm
Get ready for Halloween and sculpt your own trio of a bat, jack’o’lantern, and smiling skull! Personalize it with your choice of expressions. A tea light candle can be used to illuminate it! Use slab clay and hand building techniques taught by our experienced potters with step by step instruction. Your piece will take time to dry. Then it will be fired in our kiln.
Return after 2 weeks to paint your Halloween Trio with colorful pottery glazes (no additional cost and no appt. needed). Then it goes into the kiln for a final firing so that it’s waterproof, weatherproof, and ready for Halloween season. Ages 8 and up welcome!
Note: This workshop is sculpting clay at a table, not on the pottery wheel.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, as instruction will begin promptly at 6pm.
Late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation without refund.
Registrations are closed 2 hours prior to the workshop so that we can prepare materials.
Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+.
